"Stress" a very small word but can cause serious consequences if it is there in a negetive manner. Basically "What Is Stress?" Till now there is no exact defination of this term . It can be defined as a biochemical reaction in body responsible for the respective consequences . Stress is not necesserily something bad , the stress of exilirating , doing some creative work is benificial while on the other hand stress of failure is fatal .Stress can be defined as a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that "demands exceed the personal and social resources and the individual is not able to handle the situation". It can cause severe health problems and, in extreme cases, can cause death so excessive of stress should be avoided and some techniques to avoid or prevent stress should be adopted . Some of the techniques are listed below:

ADDED RESPONSIBILITIES: Know your limits and capabilities wheather you are in your personal or professional life , say NO to added responsibilities . Take only those that you know you can handle easily without stress.

EXPRESS YOURSELF:If something is rushing through your mind you should talk with the concerned people inspite of thinking on that same thing and botteling up your thoughts . Gathering up of your thoughts instead of taking action towads the solution will only worsen up the situations.

POSITIVE APPROACH: It is one of the best ways to manage stress try to take the things in a positive manner. Dont let your problems go over your head instead have a look at the positive side of of your problems and solve them with a positive approach. A positive environment should be set up in order to prevent stress.

ACCEPT THE CHANGE: You should accept the things you cannot change . As an old saying i s there "change id for good" so we should change time to time rather to oppose the change and and have stressed out mind . We should know how to adjust and compromise with the situations which leads to a healthy life

HEALTHY DIET: We should eat healthy to live healthy. As some of the problems are created due to our eating habbits which indirectly lead to stress. We should adopt healthy eating habbits and should have our meals on proper time.

DAILY EXECISE: Some amount of physical activity should be there in our daily routine to hav a healthy and stress free life. If you are stressed out then one of the best ways to get relief ids to go for a long walk as your tensions get exhausted with walking. So a daily routine of execise is a necessity.
