Participate- try your level best to participate in sports and games. You can enjoy your teenager life more by remaining active. Have quality Nutrition- Nutrition should not be ignored that is often neglected with a ready made excuse of time. Remember you require proper nutrition to be able to perform best. Without proper diet all your efforts in the gym and on the field will be a waste. You must have good breakfast. Sleep early and get up early for healthy living and you will be able to save time for breakfast. Never skip your vegetables.
Find a buddy- Things get simpler and enjoyable when you have someone with you. It is better to team up with a friend and exercise together.
