  • Variation – it is important to have variation in your food intake. The variation of food means higher chances of getting complete nutrition. Variety of food with variety in workout routine helps you to attain fitness and health. The variety in your work out routine helps you to sustain your workout routine benefits for longer duration.

Majority of fitness guides believe that poor diet leads to diseases, like obesity, even cancer and heart disease. The link between diet and fitness programs has been well known and recognized as a science in itself.
