Blindness
Life is so beautiful, but it needs eyes to see it. Without eyesight life is like impossible. Due to blindness, a person become visually handicapped ,visually challenged and dependent on others like paralyzed people. A blind person lives due to sympathy given by the normal ones.
There are many and numerous reasons for blindness. Blindness may be caused due to damage to any portion of the eye like retina and the optic nerve. But it is not necessary that the blindness is permanent. In the very young ,blindness occur due to mother's weakness. In the teen age, blindness occur due to damage to any portion of the eye. In the elder age, it is due to tensions, tragedies or diabetes . And in the very old age, the cause of blindness include cataract, age-muscular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Today, age-related blindness is increasing throughout the world day by day just because of diabetes only. There are many treatments and operations to gain eyesight. Even the by birth blind people can make eyesight after going through some treatments.
Today, blind people are given the all rights to do anything by all governments. Special schools, trusts, foundations and hospitals are made for their care. They can help to bring light to their eyes. Because no one wants to blind but weakness in body and sometimes tragedies make one people blind. In fact, a blind people should tell and prove the world that, “ I am not blind and can do anything”. This can be done only by developing a very strong hope.
